Adventure Energy is an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in exploration, development and production activities in the Appalachian Basin, particularly in South Central and Eastern Kentucky and Wayne County, West Virginia. The Company’s business activities focus primarily on exploration and drilling, as well as the acquisition of proven developed and underdeveloped properties and on the enhancement and development of these properties.

Wayne Anderson - President, Chairman of the Board

Wayne Anderson is acting President and Chairman of the Board of Adventure Energy, Inc. Since 2000, Mr. Anderson has been the Managing Member and co-founder of Around the Clock Trading and Capital Management, LLC, an investment management company and the General Partner of Around the Clock . Partners, LP. Mr. Anderson currently maintains this title and actively manages the investments for Around the Clock Partners, LP. Through the fund Around the Clock Partners, LP, Mr. Anderson has made significant key investments within the natural resources sector. Mr. Anderson has been a vital source in negotiating and executing financing transactions for several small to mid sized companies.

Jim Anderson- Vice President, Director

Jim Anderson is the acting Vice President and serves as a Director. Mr. Anderson has been involved in commercial and residential real estate for more than 35 years. Mr. Anderson brings a diversified business background in mergers and acquisitions, site selection, project planning and business strategy. Prior to Mr. Anderson’s commercial and residential real estate career, he worked at Ashland Oil for 12 years. While at Ashland Oil, Mr. Anderson was in charge of leaseholds, land acquisitions, and site selection.

Field

Michael Grubb- Field Supervisor

Michael Grubb is the Field Supervisor in charge of daily operational procedures for the states of Kentucky and West Virginia. Mr. Grubb has been employed in the oil and gas industry over the past 5 years where he has served as a Field Manager and Landsman for two regional oil and gas companies. Mr. Grubb brings to Adventure many aspects vital for exploration and development including geological map reading, an expertise in reading and interpreting electric logs, land management, supervisory skills, completion of oil and gas wells, and lease acquisition.

John Haugabook- White Oak Land and Minerals Development, LLC

John Haugabook is the managing member of White Oak Land and Minerals Development. Mr. Haugabook specializes in acquiring leases on mineral rights in the states of Kentucky, West Virginia, and Tennessee. Mr. Haugabook is instrumental in structuring the Company’s drilling programs including acquisition of previously drilled wells, acquiring leases, permitting, hiring rig crews, and general oversight.
